Ces \u0153uvres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es en collaboration avec deux figures communautaires, Paulette et Marcella Poitras, gardiennes et conteuses reconnues du savoir autochtone. Pour Baerg, la collaboration avec la communaut\u00e9 et l&#039;interaction avec le lieu d&#039;exposition sont primordiales. Ces consid\u00e9rations permettent \u00e0 l&#039;\u0153uvre d&#039;\u00e9voluer et de se transformer au gr\u00e9 des perspectives des diff\u00e9rents peuples autochtones et de la communaut\u00e9 locale. Puisant son inspiration dans la cosmologie crie et les visions du futur autochtones, l&#039;\u0153uvre est anim\u00e9e par Pakone-Kisik (le Trou dans le Ciel), Kisik Acimowina (le Monde C\u00e9leste) et l&#039;\u00c9toile du Matin (V\u00e9nus), autant de portails et de guides pour explorer le savoir traditionnel et lib\u00e9rer nos perspectives collectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par Elisa Coish<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Solo exhibition by Cree M\u00e9tis artist Jason Baerg.
