Overview

While traveling through Ontario from Niagara to north of Lake Superior, Markham-based artist Judith Livingston has witnessed dramatic changes to the environment. For this exhibition, the artist presents an ongoing series of paintings that are overlaid with sewing patterns and intricate linework, that reference the ways people reform the land.
