Annual Juried Exhibition 2026

Latcham Art Centre invites Ontario-based artists to submit an application for up to two recent works (completed in 2024-26) in any medium to our Annual Juried Exhibition, to be juried in-person by an esteemed panel of three art professionals.

Daniel Wu

Daniel Wu’s encaustic paintings are built, carved, and sculpted to achieve evocative moments of texture, translucency, and luminous colour. Informed by his love of art history and travel, this exhibition presents the expressive range of Wu’s work through landscape, nature, and abstraction.

Digital Art: Animation

Ages 9 - 13

Interested in learning digital art with animation? Curious about how you can transform your ideas into something digital? In this 6-session program, you will learn how to prepare drawings traditionally and animate them digitally with an iPad using ProCreate!

In this 10-week beginner program, participants will explore the beautiful media of watercolour, learning about papers, colour mixing, layering, and more, culminating in a finished piece of art!

This immersive experience is the perfect program for your child to begin their creative journey. Designed for students aged 5 to 8, this engaging 10–session program allows young participants to discover a world of colors, shapes, and artistic expression through hands-on activities.

Printmaking Workshop
